You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for discriminatory hiring practices
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Scraping or harvesting data from our platform

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aicruitly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We provide our service "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
