Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Service Nature

All purchases on AIcruitly provide instant access to digital AI services. Because the service is delivered immediately after payment, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds For

  • Subscription renewals (auto-renewed plans)
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with AI responses
  • Emotional or personal expectations
  • Misunderstanding of AI features or capabilities
  • Account suspension due to policy violations
  • Failure to use the service after purchase

3. Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current period.

4. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or accidental double charges
  • Technical failure preventing account access for more than 72 hours
  • Billing error caused by our payment provider
  • Refund required by applicable law in your region

Proof may be required to process exceptions.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Loss of remaining subscription time

We provide transaction records and usage logs to payment processors to contest fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Regional Compliance

Users in regions with mandatory refund rules (EU, UK, India consumer law) acknowledge that refunds may not apply once:

  • Digital content has been accessed
  • Service has been delivered immediately
  • The user actively used the AI features
