Identity Removal & Account Deletion Policy

This page explains how AIcruitly handles requests related to identity removal, account deletion, and the handling of personal information. By using AIcruitly, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

AIcruitly will only process identity or account removal requests when:

• The request is submitted by the verified account owner
• Email ownership has been confirmed through OTP verification
• No active fraud, abuse, or investigation is associated with the account

2. Verification Requirement

To protect users from unauthorized deletion attempts, AIcruitly will NOT remove any identity or account without:

• Valid email verification
• Account password confirmation
• Successful OTP confirmation

3. Data Retention After Deletion

Upon confirmed deletion, AIcruitly will remove personal identifiers from active systems. However, AIcruitly may retain certain data for:

• Legal compliance
• Financial and tax reporting
• Fraud and abuse prevention
• Security and audit logs
• System integrity

Retained data will be anonymized wherever legally and technically possible.

4. AI Personas & Generated Content

AIcruitly provides AI-generated virtual companions. These AI personas do not represent real individuals. Deleting an account does NOT guarantee removal of:

• Anonymized AI training data
• Non-identifiable usage patterns
• Aggregated statistical data

5. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for any personal information they share within the platform. AIcruitly is not liable for:

• Information shared voluntarily with AI personas
• Personal data disclosed in chat or uploads
• Consequences arising from user-shared information

6. Irreversibility

Once an account is permanently deleted and confirmed, the process cannot be reversed. AIcruitly will not restore deleted accounts or data.

7. Abuse & Fraud Protection

AIcruitly reserves the right to delay or reject identity removal requests if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Legal requests require data preservation
• Payment disputes or chargebacks exist
